Remarks on Mediterranean illegal migration and European response

My remarks about "valves" dilemmas producing mass illegal crossing of borders across the Mediterranean. They need to be addressed first so that integration in Europe & reforms in Africa can be addressed. Spain's Ceuta and Melila, Western Libya and Turkey.
