In an interview with Lis Wiehl on Fox News radio on the trial of the Boston bombing, Dr Walid Phares said "what Tsarnaev wrote before his arrest by law enforcement is standard Jihadi doctrine and can be found widely on internet as Jihadi narrative. He didn't invent it, he applied it to his own act." (Interview with Phares starts at 5:55 Minute of the posted show)
