In an interview on Fox News, Dr Walid Phares said "there are major differences between Donald Trump and President Obama and Secretary Clinton regarding the fight against ISIS."
Phares said "first Trump wants a dismantling of ISIS, not containment. Second, more importantly, the question is what to do after the liberation of Mosul and Reqqa. Trump has answers we didn't have from the Obama Administration since 2014."
