Fox News quotes Dr. Phares as an expert: President Trump and his Administration saved preemptively many American lives knowing that the Quds force was preparing a wave of attacks against US forces, diplomats and civilians in the region. The Quds force was and is on US terror list, its command was aiming at strikes against Americans.
