Dr Walid Phares, senior advisor on foreign policy and national security to Presidnetial Candidate Mitt Romney in an interview in German Swiss Magazine "Weltwoche": "A Romney Administration will be strategically clear on Iran, it will help the Iranian people's democracy versus the oppressive Khomeinist regime and will be countering the al Qaeda Jihadists throughout the Greater Middle East and beyond. But at the same time a Romney Administration will support reformists and democratic forces within civil societies."
