In an interview with CORREIO BRAZILIENSE, Congressional advisor and author of "The Coming Revolution" Dr Walid Phares said "those Jihadists who roam between Libya and Syria and the rest of the region operate through an ideology that legitimizes their agenda, their moves and their vision.
